Trade log: I have the MSN logs, and they available upon request, but due to the rules of Sythe, they cannot be used as evidence.

Story:

I previously posted this scam report back a couple weeks ago, but after being scammed by ScammersAreDumb and Treyarch I have decided to post a scam report on these two people.

If you read the message closely he openly admits that he is in possession of the account. Why? Because each VPS is given it's own unique IP address and it does not matter if they are on the same block as they will fluctuate by a number. VPS on the same node will not have identical IP addresses. So how does he know that the person who took the accounts is using PhotonVPS? Because he himself is using PhotonVPS.

So here's what I did. He sold me 3 sorc garden accounts for 50Mil RSGP. Next, he proceeded to wait about 3 weeks and recover them all back. Since he did not make the email addresses I was able to recover the accounts back but since he is original owner he consistently recovers them back as well. In total he has stolen at least 75 Mil RSGP from me. 50 Million in gold for the bots and the herbs on the account totaled up to be 25 million as well.

If you do a traceroute to the ip address it confirms that the IP address is owned by PhotonVPS. Therefore, he openly HAD in possession the accounts and is trying to play it off

But due to lack of evidence I was declined, I don't know what more evidence you expect me to provide as the account has been RECOVERED and I have paid for something that is being stolen from me.


Requesting this player to be banned. I will also return the accounts and hope to be compensated if he wishes to appeal.

Information: I have joined Sythe on March 2011, and ever since me joining I have sold 1B+ to resellers so even though the amount of gold is minimal, these players need to be punished or they will continue to terrorize sythe. I have noticed that ScammersAreDumb has posted more accounts for sale here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1097905

I hope his customers will not be tricked as well.
