    well i live in a regional area

    when i went to one of the main city's i was walking past shops and getting promoting sms when i was outside of them !!

    does anyone know anything about this and or any software available for use ?

    any help appreciated :)

    i have sean this befor im not sure what the app is called but i belive they use blue tooth to find you
