I want to get my first partyhat but I only have 780m cash, I'm willing to offer between $100-150 for somebody to sell me the partyhat for 780m. Payment can be made through a bank funded, verified paypal, western union or through mail. I wont be going first unless you are a mod/admin or other trusted rank, an official middleman will be used for this trade if you are unable to go first.
