Why are you selling these accounts?
I am trying to fund for 99 herblore and 99 prayer, which takes alot.

Can I request a pure?
Yes, but many of the accounts will take a while to make, most of them are done by hand.

What is the highest levels you can go?
The max levels I am currently obliged to do is atleast 60. Any other you will need to pay a down payment fee to make it.

If I request a pure can I make the account?
