Account keeps being recovered.

I bought an account for 20m.. But the original owner keeps recovering - He's done it twice in like 3 days.. I've set an email and recoveries, and I have all the info.

Recovering it back is easy, it's just so annoying that he keeps recovering and wiping my bank - I only have 5-10m on there at a time due to this. I've added a bank pin, but that takes 7 days.


What can I do to stop him recovering?

 

u cannot stop him from recovering if he has all the details also. remember he is the original owner.

 

Take all the items off the account, Just keep having a recovering war with him.

PM me his Sythe username + Email and I will see if he's a recent ban evader.

 

There is a thread on the runescape forums where you can request to have your account wiped of all info, thought they will only do this for the original owner. I'm not sure if there's any way to get them to wipe it if you aren't the oo

 

don't put anything on the acc the account will most likely get locked soon

 

He recovered again - When I get it back Im just gonna blitz up defense and forget about the account.

 

Well it depends, are you recovering the account with actual info or via email that's registered to the account?

 

is this .hostile? he sold me an account also, that he has recovered. i've posted in the scammer section. it just turns into a recovery battle. don't even bother putting any money on the accoun.t

 

Why do you keep putting GP on it when you know it's going to get recovered? Bit silly, in my opinion.

Honestly, just do what you said and blitz the defense up and forget about it. When he recovers it back, at least you know you got the last laugh.

 

I think there's a button on the website where you can say - i did not approve of this recovery appeal. Keep doing that And just hope he'll give up

your best bet is report it to jagex..... if the account goes to you then good if not forget about it and post the hotmail,rsname username in scammer report thread

 

Since he bought the account, he is obviously not the original owner so there is no way Jagex can help him. The original owner knows all of the details and he will always be recovering it. There is no way we can help, sorry.

Best bet is to run a bot on the account, try to get it banned, or simply run an auto-talker on it overnight. Try to ruin the account as much as possible. That will help you forget about it.

 

if your going to get def up get it to 51 to be honest thats the worst def lvl IMO and in the end he will win with the recovery battle

 

same thing happens with almost any one who buys account really.

 

DDOS him. I have a friend who can cut the line for a very long time.

 

Remove Anything From The Account, Wait For The 7 Days For The PIN... Plus The Recovery Questions are The Most Important In A Recovery But Most Likely He Can Recover It Since He Is Original Owner with The Original IP Address, PM His IP, And A Few Screenshots to A Sythe Mod... Tell Them to Ban Him For Recovering The Account... Most Likely that Account is gonna Get Locked by JaGeX Soon.

Your best bet is to post in the hijacked thread on the official RS forums and hope that Jagex will wipe all the information and reward the account to you.

 

Considered illegal in many countries.

 

1) That's against the rules on this forum, and its bannable to encourage it.

2) DON'T DO THAT. if i were you i'd just suicide the account 24/7 and try to get it banned. don't let him win. also, post his sythe in the scammer section.
