Good start-up lurer?

Okay, so im working on my zerker pure but the thing is i need like 400m to be fully ready which i really dont have. If i try to make money, it will take years just to actually get the cash so i thought maybe ill lure till i get the money, here are my stats i plan to get before luring:
Attack: 60
Strength: 75
Prayer: 43
Magic: 82

My stats now:
Attack: 45
Strength: 67
Defence: 1
Ranged: 54
Prayer: 40
Magic: 82

I plan to use a ddp++ and ice blitz. My cb will be around 65 according to Tip.it combat calculator. Is this good for luring or should i get it higher?

I don't really see why would you need 400M. I have a 1 def pure who has str 87, attack 40, hp 76, magic 71 (getting it to 82) and it's cost me like 2M so far.

 

Air Orbing Is great Xp and Money, Or Enchanting Dragon bolts to dragon bolts (e) is the fastest xp ive had ever, also insane money like 1m/hr

 

Maybe he needs 400m for turmoil or something?

 

Yeah, those stats seem to be good enough.
