Well you did ask for cheapest, and that method doesn't take any money at all.

 

By cheap i refer to not taking 300m to get 99 prayer .. -.-

how do i get 99 magic by superheating? doesnt that give me 99 smelthing too?

 

Not quite. It'll get it high, but not 99.

 

1-95 prayer on gilded altar

167k big bones - 89M (approximately 238 hours)
85.5k Baby dragon bones - 138M (approximately 121 hours)

I'm pretty sure that using regular bones at a glided altar is under 6 GP per exp will take around 750 hours tho.

 

in that time you might as well craft bloods/deaths to 99 rc

 

get a bonecrusher and bot moss giants / baby dragons / blue dragons (in dungeon room) :d

 

Bot the money and get frosts.

 

Whats a gilded alter? Looks like illl use big bones.. :S ill need 60m ish for 99 magic too -.-

Babydragon bones to 95 is pretty efficent

 

Lol, a gilded altar is basically an altar like you would recharge your prayer at. Except you use the bones on the altar when the burners are lit, and you get a lot more experience than normally burying them.

There is no 'cheap' method of 95 prayer, or else everyone would have it. SW or PC is as cheap as you can get. You aren't going to get 95 prayer for anything under 90M, and at 90M it will take you 240 hours.

Anything under dragon bones is a waste of time.

Get 85 Dungeoneering - you get a rapier or whatever chaotic you choose, possibly two depending on a few things PLUS you get Frost dragons which even with a tort are 2M/h.

95 with Dragon bones is 200M or so, but goes like 3x as fast as baby dragon bones. You will make your money back at frosts + get exp in less time than it would've taken to just do 95 prayer with babydragon bones or lower.

 

Dragon bones are the most efficient in my opinion. It's in the middle of baby dragon and frost.

 

Use either baby dragon bones or dragon bones and just use a gilded altar.

Expensive but worth it IMO.
