Explanation of the trade: They offered to create a working Chef bot in Brighter Shores if I paid $40 (The cost of their scripts at the time) up front on November 22nd 2024.

How they scammed: They did not contact me or provide me with any updates until I messaged them 3 weeks later on December 13th (2024). I asked for a refund at this point with various followups. It's now been nearly 2 weeks since I asked for the refund and they've gone 0 contact.

Very interesting that someone would call this scamming, and I don't think it's quite fair to expect someone working on tons of scripts crunching hours in during holidays and own personal matters to then have someone retract their preorder once I let them know it's done just because people got banned for other matters. I did mention I am not able to do paypal at the moment and can refund via cashapp I believe however, this doesn't appear to be a matter that needs to be on forums when there's a support ticket system and can be @here on the discord

 

@Zulu did you understand the part that this has been during holidays? It's rather annoying that this is public and disrupting me from communicating on the forums. This will be resolved as a partial refund as discussed I suppose we will do the steam gift option, I'll write back once completed
