Original Content:

Sengira has locked his initial thread and said:
"Anyone, who has bought this guide, has the right to get paid back. If he refuses, then make a scam report."
So I sent "Bro" a pm offering him a chance to repay what he owes me.
His reply:
"already repayed you. please stop raging on my threads." I can take a screen-shot of this if needed, it's a pm.
So he is now claiming he repaid me when he hasn't. I'm sure this warrants a ban, I'm happy to provide any further information which will help.

If you have read the initial proof on the old thread ignore all below

Briefly explain the trade: Bought his unlimited upgrades guide, he has since edited the thread. Not sure if you can see what he posted before he edited but if you can here is the link: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1094581

How they scammed: I bought the guide for a paymo sms upgrade which cost £6. The "guide" is a simple guide of how to steal upgrades from shops...

Trade screen-shots:
I have all the screen-shots of the trade, although because I was using ebuddy the chat is very small so it took a large number of screen-shots. I think these images are sufficent evidence, however all 14 screen-shots are in the same album.

Proof of me giving him the upgrade:

Proof of him receiving the membership on his account:

The "guide" in all its glory...

The end of the trade and him ruling out giving me a refund even though the guide shouldn't have been sold in the first place.

My last two comments where about ten minutes apart and his reply to the final one was instant so he was just ignoring it.

This is my first report on this site and I hope I have provided enough proof for the person to be sufficiently punished if I have not please get hold of me asap because im keeping the chat open until . If he isn't going to be banned for this I'd like him to have to repay me the full amount via a none disputable payment method. (£6 which is what it cost me)

I posted some warnings on his threads, here is his reply:

As you can see he says "This is a guide I made in ten minutes" Whilst in the screen-shots he states he made 2k usd in a hour from it as a reply from one of my pre-sale questions.
