Arcaida's Proper Dispute

Ignore my other two disputes I posted before this. I'm posting a proper one now.

I am banned because of Hacking.

The moderator that applied the ban on me was "Farcast"

Now here's the problem, the thread which says I have been banned of hacking is clearly misleading.

Here I will explain, first, Aroxez said that "I have admitted to hacking a Player Mod", that is wrong, in my post on Bug Abuse forums, I just said I social engineered a player moderator, and have never hacked. That's different from hacking, and by the way, the player moderator was the one who gave me all the details, like where she live, how old she was, this all was not by coincidence and not by intention to hack. It was long ago, like years ago, and I saved pictures on my desktop.

Secondly, Farcast put the ban on me because I think he sees the TwC sign on me which was NOT applied by Farcast. The TwC was recently applied by another moderator: Blupig, and I think that Farcast and Blupig didn't communicate at all of what had happened.

Just got it like yesterday and now I'm banned.

So first, I want to say that my TwC was also placed unfairly because I want to explain that in Runescape, a group of massive "real life friends" who owned a "Chat" and hoarding rare names are aiming on me. Their clan chat "Chat" in runescape and in my names thread, the last 10-20 posts, you can see how "Chat" members flamed me, and look carefully at my last post.

"All of you can try to cover up, but like I said, take it to PMs. You guys are friends, so don't think I don't know that you guys actually came together and came with a plan and started saying "Chat" is a general chat or whatsoever. No, cc of names ended because the owner of the chat is pretty inactive and therefore, you just moved the whole cc there with a more "active" owner, it's still the regular cc of names ranked people in there.

Now talking about the Facebook thing which I think have mislead Farcast into banning me.

Thread link above, in his posts, he mentioned that additional prove that I was hacking is that:

That is not true. First I want to clarify that I request facebook account so that if anyone tries to chargeback, I can file a legal suit on them for frauding/faking a trade. Secondly, I want to clarify I have not set it as a "strong" rule or a "must follow" rule, as you can see in my thread, I later add a (option for people with 300+ posts), which means you do not really need to give the facebook account. Thirdly, the words in my thread might be a little misleading, saying "Facebook account" and people might think I will require usernames and passwords. That is a no, I just request a friendship add. Sorry, if it made it unclear to Farcast thinking I was hacking through Facebook accounts.

Can any moderator give me a chance to see my thread so I can edit it with more additional information later on?

I also have 34+ vouches and counting and are all credible. I'm hoping you could unban me because it seems really unfortunate for me that I suddenly have a very close up imposter following me (I bet it's the "Chat" members) and a wrongful misleading ban by Farcast who read Aroxez's report.

 

The TwC was issued as a result of the pinpoint timing your "imposter" had, it is totally seperate from the other hacking allegations.

Social engineering to obtain accounts is enough to warrant a ban by itself.

 

You still used, if not stole an account that was not yours without getting permission first, which is considered a malicious activity. Social engineering used in this way is the same as hacking, and warrants a ban.
