    The account has never had recoveries/email address on it, so the only thing the recovery test is going to consist of is the payment information lol. I have no problem at all with doing one though :).

    Verified Paypal means nothing, you can still scam with no effort required. Worst part is I can't even recover this account, as it's never had recoveries/email, and the password has been the same since I made it, not much info for me to use to recover. So I'd rather not get scammed through Paypal, as I'm sure you can understand.

    As the first post says, you can pay with RL money through the following: WU, Snail Mail, RSGP, MoneyPak.

    Although, I have an offer for 180M, so $100 is undercutting.

    Many, many ways. The easiest way would be to just open a dispute and say you didn't receive your items. Don't think that method would work for a "Gift" payment though.
