Arcaida - Dispute on Mod's Reply

Farcast - The TwC was issued as a result of the pinpoint timing your "imposter" had, it is totally seperate from the other hacking allegations.

Social engineering to obtain accounts is enough to warrant a ban by itself.

Again, I've already said I have NOT obtained any accounts at all. The TwC I understand but I don't really think I deserve the TwC either because the chat members are hunting me. Look below for additional information. I have not obtain any accounts, and if you want me to explain clearly what I did was that I met the mod a few months ago, and we chatted like anyone else did and we just became friends. I have no intention of hacking her.

To support more prove, you can look back on Aroxez's hacking report on me (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1095800) It just says that I have be-friended a mod, and I have not supplied any prove, to be honest, I was there just to get my post counts and kind of spammed, I admitted it. However, to support even more prove, you can contact the owner of the thread, who was at the time willing to help recover accounts, to see if I ever contacted him about information about the player mod. The answer will be a no, therefore to support my unban decision, if I ever contacted any information, you can close the decision to a ban and final.

CSkiffingt1 - You still used, if not stole an account that was not yours without getting permission first, which is considered a malicious activity. Social engineering used in this way is the same as hacking, and warrants a ban.

I have to say that CSkiffingt1 got it all wrong and another misunderstanding, I have NOT stoled any accounts at all, I have NOT taken anything that wasn't mine, and therefore results in no malicious activity, like I said again, I was there to spam and just feel great I befriended a mod and I was at the time kind of "boasting" that I had gotten some information relatively easily, however I have no disclosed any details or let out any details publicly or even SENT them to the owner of the thread. Furthermore, I'm rarely on Bug Abuse because Sythe is generally the site that I love because there's lots of things you can browse here and a wider range of black market.

Furthermore, maybe I should explain social engineering as befriended a mod, and what way have I used in so that it is considered a "hacking"? I didn't created a new account and strip information off everyone, I did it on my main, and yes it was an account I played for many years, and I DID NOT request any information, we just became friends and we told each other about ourselves. And that's all we did.

    Additional information ---

Information used to link on my first Dispute (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1096608)

    http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1083139

The above link shows additional evidence that I have not lied that Aroxez was indeed a "Chat" member and have no doubt about it. The thread shows Aroxez helping Runescapeâ„¢ to create a dispute, Post #7 also shows that Aroxez said that he was a good friend of his. It's clearly no doubt they are members of "Chat" since 9 appeared in "Chat" not long ago.

Aroxez was also vouching The Pretty Reckless and other members of name hoarding cc "Chat", I thought friend vouching wasn't allowed?

How you received the information is irrelevant. The fact is, you're still attempting to use said information to recover an account that does not belong to you. Denied.
