So I want to sell a guide...

Hello Sythe. I am a new person, I have been lurking around on these forums for some time... and I just made this account because I want to contribute to this community. How do I sell this guide that I made, without getting scammed by buyers? How do I convince people that I have a legit guide? How can you make sure that buyers will not leak the guide? How do you find a verifier?

advertise it, find a mod to verify it or a very trusted member.
once the mod says it legit, start selling it.
or give out a free copy or 2 let them decide and say they like it.
just some tips.
