Do you think they should have to repay for the losses or not?

yes, but it is too little too late, as their economy is already ruined by banks taking enormous loans

So, they made a bad investment and now their suing for their lack of judgement?

From what I could gather members of the respective governments public invested a total of 4 billion dollars in the Iceland bank, 'Icesave'. Bank closed, governments bailed out the citizens and now they're suing?

Did anyone force the government to bailout, or the citizens to invest in 'Icesave' or am I missing something?

So from you, if Ireland refuse to pay their bailout back it's ok because our Governments didn't have to help them out they chose to?

Yes they should have to pay. At least people are being civil about it though instead of just going to war and costing innocent people their lives.
