Claim & Cancel + PA Question

So in the past I have mostly bought and sold small amounts but now that I have accumulated a larger stock I am looking to sell more GP and other things more publicly.

My question is: Is there any way people committing fraud can still get their money back through paypal even if I have them claim and cancel?

And with player auctions, is it possible for somebody to make an order, I give them the goods that they ordered from the page, and they say they never received the goods, and get their money back and I lose my money and stock?

1. People can ALWAYS get their moneyback from paypal when it comes to mill trades. You are never 100% safe with mill trades on paypal

2. You take screenshots as proof. When someone buys they will write their runescape name down in the description. When you trade them in game you take a screenshot of them accepting the second trade window, then another shot immediately after you accept the trade. If they dispute the trade, you simply show player auctions the screenshots and they will over rule it (this is all explained on the site itself)

 

Ok, and one more thing. What are the chances of someone being able to get their money back after a claim and cancel and has it ever happened to anyone before?

Yes the person can just call up the credit card company and claim unauthorized transaction if his funds are credit card funded.

They won't be able to chargeback IF the funds are bank funded and they did a claim and cancel if I'm not mistaken.

I would just use PlayerAuctions to be honest when selling larger stocks, PayPal is just not worth the risk. Even the most care is useless when dealing with annonymous people when it comes to PayPal. And so far scammers outweight legitimate buyers by a fair amount for independent sellers.

You're not sure of a chargeback until like two months have passed with PayPal. *sigh*

 

C&C method works, I believe, for only Balance Funded or Bank Funded Paypals. Though, if you want to go straight through Paypal, and skip PlayerAuctions fee's, you can simply ask the buyer to purchase a MoneyPak card at a local Walmart or Walgreens or where ever. A MoneyPak is instant and no chargebacks can occur, I believe.

As for PlayerAuctions, yes their service is 100% legit. PlayerAuctions secures the payment, even asking the buyer for personal information so they can fuck that person up if they scam you. I have done over 10 trades selling Gold on PlayerAuctions so far and not once has any of my recieved payments been charged back. Though, their fee is HUGE for their service, I believe 10% + $1.99 so sell in bulks if you're selling at a lower price.

Never use a money pak! someone can easily get there money back by calling greendot and giving a copy of the recipt and greendot money pak. also useing money paks for buisness purposes breaks their terms and policys! never use money paks!!!
