    Sweat is actually good for acne so long as you make sure to clean your face afterwards.

    Sweat opens up your pores and lets all the bad stuff if you like out of your skin; the oily contents which is a good thing. You should then proceed to wipe yourself with a towel and have a shower or clean your face when you get home as opposed to leaving the sweat on your face in which case yes it may cause you to break out.
