Stay away from PhotonVPS.

i agree its pretty shit to buy something, use it, and then demand a refund

 

I'll also add I have a second IDENTICAL WARP 3 plan with them that has been perfectly fine this entire time. Everything is set up the same, down to the last setting. I've also been botting for some time, so I'm not a complete idiot (sorry to disappoint).

1. I really doubt Jagex contacted them.

2. They could not sue me. Botting on RS is not illegal by any means. Secondly, I specifically asked a support rep before a bot if RS botting was perfectly acceptable, and he said yes.

3. I did agree to the ToS, and I never violated it. PhotonVPS was violating their ToS when they denied my request for a refund, even though point 1.6 of their ToS explicitly states I am in fact eligible for a full refund for any reason within the first 30 days. There's no unless you're botting RS clause in there. How exactly can PhotonVPS sue me for anything, when they were the ones that breached terms?

4. I'm not, but I'm unsure about you at the moment.

Lastly, I fully understand that botting is allowed on PhotonVPS XEN plans. The fact remains, however, that Jimmy Lu said I broke the AUP when I didn't. He pretty much said I broke the AUP by botting, but it's perfectly fine for everyone else. He was trying to find an excuse to deny my refund request. Then he finally just pulled out the old, we can change whatever the hell we want, whenever the hell we want, without your knowledge or consent. /support ticket

It makes it hard as hell to understand what you're trying to say. That's why you should use proper grammar.
And why am I a nerd for this?

 

I haven't had any problems with them other then not getting my email when I signed up.
