what are peaple's views on the p90x?

well the title says it. unsure if this is correct section or if there is a previous thread on it but whatever.


i personally LOVE it im just about to the 45 day marker and i can truely notice a difference in my body stamina and just my overall energy during the day

what do you guys think. or if you have questions about it or wanna buy it but are still on the border line of doing it feel free to post here or PM me im happy to answer anything i can.

 

I want it, but it's to expensive. I heard it helps a lot. I am a fat kid, 6'4, 320 I would love to lose weight.

keep your hopes high for that but i definitely recommend it if you can afford it one day

 

I know people that have used it, and they have only had nice things to say about it. From what I've heard it is the most effective one around. Never tried it myself though.

P90x is an effective workout series for sure, but it can be quite expensive. Defiantly worth giving a shot

 

My View on it,

I think it's just another Marketing Gimmick to get customers to buy.

It's a good way to help people pack on muscles but there are faster ways to pack on muscles and go beyond the limits of P90x.

I'm glad it's working out for you For others who are short on money, I suggest you just look for exercise videos on youtube, There are plenty of free ones and they work just as well as P90x.

 

i have tried a bunch of other ones on youtube and stuff and honestly the p90x is one of the first one to actually work for me. there was one other program that i used but that was for my friends hockey team when he went to Canada

Just saw an example of it, Seems pretty good! Heard some good progress on youtube and even saw that it packs on lean muscles pretty fast.

 

I can link you to a torrent via PM, I've dl'd it but didn't need it then as I was training + playing sports a LOT but now I'm really out of shape and for a few months seemingly perpetually sick so it would be of great help.

It's an awesome program, one of the best and is challenging but not ridiculous. It caters to all types of people; I'm going to start it in a few months once exams are done and I've taken care of some projects I've been working on.

Not really, it is a huge marketing ploy but if you want a workout routine ready made then this is your best option. If you have money to blow then hire a good trainer.


Personally, I'll be starting this program in 15 weeks for one round (90 days) minus diet changes just to cut body fat percentage and increase my overall fitness then start another routine geared at bulking up on lean muscle mass.
