Well at least SF will let us see another good fight. Diaz's striking is underrated imo, i think Diaz could take this one as well. however Daley's a dude with crazy KO power

Also: Eddie Alvarez had a 5 round domination of Pat Curran. I hope him and Lombard can get to the ufc. I want to see how the do with the big dogs.

 

Depends if they are placed VERSUS the big dogs. Im quite pissed its 1 UFC event a month sigh....

Thats ridiculous. Maybe they are cutting back spending costs by putting SF to meddle in with their UFC fights as well.

 

IDK honestly. It upsets me as well.
I don't know why they would be cutting costs, because they should be making a profit every time.

 

Thats exactly what im thinking, and they have more fans now than they ever did before. The lower amount of events is seriously a drawback, i'd expect 2-3 events a month

 

It could be right now b/c of injuries. Or maybe they don't want to put on lesser main events, ala UFC 109: Rashad-Thiago

GSP would only win by decision, he doesn't have the power or sub skills to finish Anderson.
Anderson could KO him, submit him, or win by decision.

 

The fight is looking more and more likely. When GSP wins his next fight it could very well be happening. I'd love to see Silva destroy him in an epic fight but i can see GSP just trying to wrestle the hell out of him

 

It is leading to that. GSP needs to get by Jake Shields though. Shields could very well submit him. But GSP will do what he did to Koscheck/Fitch all the ground fighters. Fuck there face up for 5 rounds standing up. He dictates were the fight takes place.

GSP's sub defense inst as great as it can be, as hes been submitted by Leo Santos easily in a grappling match. However thats because its a grappling match and GSP could not punch/slam/elbow to defend or break-out.

Holy shit Diaz ! Crazy ass round, probably round of the year!

Daley should've backed off for the last 20 seconds but decided to jump back into it. Thought Diaz was done twice in that round, definitely a tough ass chin he's got there and crazy striking + head movement skills. My respect for Diaz has went up 1000%

 

He has very good submission defense. Like you said, he couldn't do any of that to defend.

I agree, round of the year bar none. I thought when he dropped him the second time he was finished. Then out of nowhere he like pushed Daley down and that was it.
Also Gilbert Melendez look amazing.

 

That was the first time I've seen someone in MMA defend strikes like that while on the ground (head movement facing down). Gotta gives props to Daley for being a beast and almost finishing him twice.
