Where to train strength for good drops

See, I'd suggest you level up a little bit cause you can't do any decent training+money monsters.
Roaches are 83 level each, doubt you'll be able to do them, and neither can you do armoured zombies.
So I'd suggest you level up a bit at giant spiders (Level 50 each) and then try for some good drops, cause combat-wise you pretty much can't earn anything atm. Nice 99s though!

 

Those giant frogs in lumbridge cellar. You can collect the legs and sell them.
