The single fastest 99 is construction with demonic thrones. It takes a little over 12 billion coins.

The second fastest is theiving with juices.

The third fastest 99 is summoning with blue charms tied with thieving

Prayer and cooking follow suit.

 

sorry for double post but also firemaking , possibly woodcutting and thieveing ive heard construction is very expenisve and might take a while

At 70 cooking, do 175k trout and you get 99 cooking.

 

Do you mean making them from whatever level you can boost em from? Because its like a 99 req so I guess its around 92 boost.

 

i hate to all you an idiot mate but...

1) Demonic thrones require 99 construction to build.
2) the amount of time to gather all the squirks for 99 thieving takes longer then most skills.
3) Same thing with blue charms - take a shit load of time to get them.
4) Your right about those...

O.T - Id say 99 cooking, it was my first 99 to get and i got it within 10 days of playing legit runescape. from 70 i would get cooking guantlets and cook lobsters [ you wont burn any ] until level 82, from level 82, considering you have the guantlets you can start by cooking monkfish , you will not burn a lot but you will rarely get 1 burned in an inventory, you can do monkfish until level 94, after that you can cook sharks and same with monkfish you wont burn a lot but its ok and do them till 99 or switch to rocktails at level 96. i would cook all my food at the rogues den.

81-90 swordfish [w/ guantlets] 140xp/swordie
90-94 monkfish [w/ guantlets*] 150xp/monk
94-99 sharks / cavefish [w/ guantlets] 210xp/shark - 214xp/cavefish
[optional] 95-99 rocktails [w/guantlets] 225xp/rocktail

*cooking guantlets affect monkfish but only by a mere 2.5% but they are still fast

Go for fletch if you want - but definitely not as fast as cooking.
You can also go for firemaking, but its like wasting cash - and if you're ready to spend 120m, 99fm is a piece of cake.

Make wines while using brawler gloves you can make up to 2.8M xp an hour.

Fletching broad arrows like 600k/h? approx 15gp a xp
