    It is cheating and both scamming. I'm pretty sure people can report you for scamming. Now that free trade is back.

    I think this kid is ban evading... unless his stupid links in the youtube videos is legit.

    Edit: I'm not exactly sure but I know somebody a few days ago linked their videos from this guys same youtube channel.
