I sold gold on the site and he said that within 8 hours I would get the money. After more than 10 hours had passed, he went to the site again and asked, saying that he wanted a new address.

Hi,

Apologies for the delay but I broke my foot a couple of days ago and it has been somewhat hectic in communicating with my team regarding payment issues.

The payment has been sent in full. Although I take part of the blame, I would like to clarify that a huge chunk of the delay is because a USDT TRC20 address was provided for payout. No where do we claim that we payout USDT TRC20, we make it very clear via our live chat that we ONLY payout with USDT POL or LTC. After an LTC address was provided there still was the issue of the fact that 250M was delivered instead of 25M. Realizing that our agent was partially to blame we sent the payment in full. Please confirm.
