I am buying a Green Partyhat for PAYPAL ONLY. OR A SWAP for a level 127 runescape account, maxed out melee.

I have 1,300 dollars in paypal, i am willing to spend, but i will offer up to 1,000 for a green.


I am very curious on these dungeoneering items, please post. i want some of them.

When i send the paypal money, i send it as a gift saying :thank you, i have recieved my virtual item:, so therefore i cannot get my money back. Which losing 2 paychecks, is pretty depressing.

And you're paying with paypal.

Even if you send it as a Gift, there is still a way for you to recover the cash. And I am willing to bet everything I own, that you know how to do such a thing.

LOL people are buying things from paypal, and charging back their money, paypal doesn't offer a virtual security thing so people can claim it back easily. People pay then like 'Snus' the scammer claim back saying their paypal was hacked.

Well, what items do you have to sell? and the paypal is mine. lol. i have had it for 2 years and just bought stuff from rs2happy, but they're a mega rip now. i just want smuggled dung items, or those rares i mentioned.
