First of all, you are crazy not to use a OMM for that kind of trade. And staff are very busy as there are less now it be sorted when they can thank you.

 

Have patience or it will never be resolved.

What will never be resolved? He's clearly scammed me, he signed onto msn then didn't respond to a word, has blocked me, pmed him, hes been on sythe, I have clearly been scammed. I even posted the thread where he sold all the GP he scammed from me. What is left to be figured out?

It's been 2 days, that hardly counts as "it's been days". Secondly, why on Earth did you not use an OMM for such a huge trade? Third, your proof is lacking, as what's to stop you from logging in to a different bank account and saying "I didn't receive my money"?

Be patient, your scam report WILL be dealt with. I know you're frustrated, but that doesn't get you special treatment, your report waits in line, just like everyone elses.

 

Not only that but you couldn't even take the time to follow the correct format for a report. I'll look into it now, but I'm not happy with your disregard for stickies.

 

In all honesty, before you traded, what was going in your mind?
Why didn't you use an OMM, furthermore why did you go first to him?

To be completely honest, I don't think you should reward him for complaining/not following correct format by skipping the other reports in front of his.

Why wouldn't you use an OMM? Don't say, "Oh, they are not trusted." You have lost so much RSGP/IRL money you could have received if you used a OMM. You haven't learned you lesson bro, you have to find the right people to sell it to, and get help with the trade as well.

 

Payment was sent to him, I have proof of the payment as well Routing Number and all, Clearly shows me sending the payment to him.

Pic is in response below, he's mad because He claims I cut him 200$ off of what I payed him all in total. I clearly stated I'm paying for the GE price of the hats not the Street, and we agreed.

To see if it matches Educates payment sent routing number?
(Take a pic of your bank statement, it shows routing#+account#.)

Also Educate, in his scammer report, against you, he claims that you were buying the gp for .70/mil, he didn't expect anything but the value of the partyhats @ .70/mil
