Help me please... :(

So, my downloaded file from RSBuddy opens yet the one from PowerBot, does not.
They're both the same file type, so why can't I open Powerbot's?

When I try to open it, it says "Could not create java virtual machine."

For almost two weeks now, I've been trying to fix this problem by watching various
YouTube tutorials and visiting countless Forums on the internet with little-no
success.

I've tried changing my heap size appropriately, making the .bat file, downloading
the latest JDK (All Java has been successfully un-installed then re-installed, again), yet no sucess.

Even though I say I've tried the above methods, your suggestion might be a little different therefore feel free to offer it as I'll welcome it with open arms!<3

If you can help me find out what's wrong here, that'd be amazing!

Also, when I open the RSBuddy file in like Notepad or my Notepad ++, it shows up in... english.
When I open the RsBot-233 file in NotePad or ++, it's all gibberish. Weird symbols and nothing makes sense. No words.

Lastly, when I downloaded the PowerBot file on my SISTER'S computer the file was named "RSBot-233.jar" and on my Pc it's just named "RSbot-233".
Any reasons?

The rsbot-233 is fine.
Try downloading RSBuddy with firefox. It should just give you the .jar

I have this exact issue if you find out how to fix it yourself please tell me how you did it

 

Your sister just has the option "show file extensions" checked on, your computer is just being a noob
