What if " you never got it " but you did get it and you tell the OMM you didn't.

There would be a tracking code, and I think it shows is the letter/package picked up or not.
I think WU, Bank, MoneyBookers would be a little better for the buyers to use because of this reason, but still does not change anything.

 

You could always send the money in a box, with some random crap and get a tracking number. There's the buyer's proof of it being recieved or not. Even just a package requiring a signature.

Well, to be honest, he could put nothing in the box, or fill it with Monopoly money. Or, the seller could say that's what he did, when in fact he put money.
