Gohan: RunescapeTM - more proof and suspicions

Why is he unbanned? He has the name 9, unless he has provided the email name and password to a mod to verify, otherwise he actually has 9 as the login and display. Which is on the NOT TO BUY accounts list.

EDIT: Shortly after I posted this, RunescapeTM sent me a PM including a video link.

Here's the quote:

Notice how he uses LOTS of swear words and yes I mean lots of swear words. If he wasn't a previous scammer, and if the video could prove everything, there's no need to get on a rage and swear at people. You could just say: Watch this: [link] and GF. Something simple like the one over there. But this is obviously something wrong.

Notice how he could login to the lobby pretty quickly, but when he logs on to a world it takes a pretty long time. I'm sure it was an edited video and he has cut the middle part in half.

EASY SOLUTION: Can some mod make sure to PM him asking for user and password and login to test yourself (make sure login matches with the one shown in video), just keeping the community safe, because the way he sent me a message just makes it more suspicious.

Later another one that I assume could be his friend, sent me a PM too. I lol'd when this guy was a Mar 2011 newcomer. Here's what he said to me:

Now this makes it more suspicious because this guy now says RunescapeTM owns 9 and tells me to GTFO.

So mods can you deal with this?

 

He provided video proof that its an e-mail login. Just leave him alone.

For the record, I'd be pretty mad too if I got banned for sniping a rare screen name.
