    Its probably going to take you about 3 months or so..
    I'd advise you to:

    The Plank
    [​IMG]

    Skipping rope
    [​IMG]

    [​IMG]

    And
    [​IMG]


    You don't have to do all that and go all hardcore.
    The most important exercises are Rope Skipping, the plank and jogging.

    Remember music!

    Just give every workout your best. It's all about muscle confusion. Don't keep doing the same routine everyday. Do what you can and don't worry about the rest.

    Basically the only way I could get a six pack if when I stopped eating fast food and all that nasty junk food. I was then able to control my body fat and get it to the point where my abs started to show. Right now im on a eating period (storing up energy) and waiting next week to burn it all once again.

    I know you can do it though dont give up anyone yes anyone can have a 6 pack if you got the determination and spirit to do it :D
    Everyone really has their own method of getting it and you shouldnt follow anyones guide but instead use it and try to find a style that fits you. But I see you got it so let me shut up and say

    Do weighted ab exercises - treat your abs like your other muscle groups. Low reps, high weight. You want those ripped abs not that Hollister/Abercrombie abs. Good luck with your fitness goals in 2011

    I'm at 4% body fat and I have a natural six pack. It's 90% diet, 10% ab work outs.

    gl bro i got pretty lucky and have had a 6 pack since like 7th grade but keeping it takes some work

    ^ I was like half an hour after first pic photo was taken, and somekind of lighted up :D At the 2nd I took it right after workout, maybe thats why :p

    25x5, I don't really into only sit ups, im more doing graded ones, and more different ;D

    you shouldn't be doing AB exercises daily.

    Your arms and chest look a bit small bro how about bulking and then cutting?

    you got any specific goals/targets..BF%?

    I'm halfway or three-fourths way to a six pack and I don't even do anything most of the time. Occasionally I walk, run and dance but that's about it.

    Damn, I have no idea why.
