Explanation of the trade:
Swift and I agreed on a deal in his server for services to max my account and purchase gold. I informed Swift that I was using Coinbase, but the USDT address he provided didn’t work with Coinbase. He then suggested I use his email address instead, as that would work. I double-checked with him, asking, “Are you sure?” He confirmed and told me to proceed.

I sent the crypto to his address, and he received confirmation that the transaction was completed. However, he mentioned that he needs to create an account to claim the funds. Now, we’re at a standstill without updates.

It’s been about an hour since the transaction. I don’t believe this is a scam, but I need some clarity on the situation. My Coinbase account shows that the amount has been sent, but I can’t sell, transfer, or take any further action with it. Essentially, it seems like the amount has been received on his end, but for some reason, he’s unable to access or claim the funds.

How they scammed: Again not really scammed but require defiantly some moderator help.

Note: I again dont think this is scam since ive used his service a lot. But we do require a moderator input on this since this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me im sure let alone swift. With that being said i asked beforehand if everything was okay to be sent to him and he said okay. Which i assume its yes aka a confirmation.

Update time

So after talking to Coinbase customer support they informed the transaction cannot be canceled on their end at all. It is essentially a waiting game with that being said id like to say we are defiantly gonna need a moderator / admin input on this situation. they said essentially we have to wait for it to go through but as you can see in the Original post swift already received the email saying he received the funds he just had to make an account. With that being said I am willing to wait till sometime this upcoming to see maybe a "business day" just has to go through in order process the claim on either side but with that being said if it is stuck in purgatory for some strange reason we will an admin / mod input on how to resolve this.

Again i don't swift is going to scam since he already start services on the account but however i wanted to ask for guidance on this situation. Because I've never have had this happened before so this is all new territory for me.

But again i made this post because im trying to be prevent
1. me not getting the service done after i paid for them.
2. trying to figure out what to do because i believe ive done everything in my power to try to get a refund and send it via a different way but according to coinbase that cannot be done.
3. overall transparency

Note: swift seems to be online talking via his discord perhaps a moderator dming via scyth or discord can get him to see this thread

What I did get payment on coin base not binince as well I give him the order while I have not any money recived I take no money as well I give him the order as I got money

I make his the order and get him worker as well I have no any money recived

 

I can post any thing u want I have no paid as well I make his order all I did I asked him to cancel and send back when he can do that

 

As well I don't see that report I speak with him in discord without any problem or he told me to report me bc anyway I give him the order without take payment so should Me who report but I was thinking waiting like 3 days to see I will get money or should he sent back when he got that as refund

I who lose here he paid for services I already post the order and get him worker just asked him to try to cancel that or when he got the payment back he just send back

so since the payment has already been confirmed by swift and services already been started / are in progress I’d like the services to continue as is


I just want it in writing that 1. I paid for max 2. 250m in gold and swift has send the confirmation that he has received the fund

I want to clear it up that I cannot cancel the original transaction of sending the crypto because as the gif provided Coinbase cannot do it on their part and neither can I


The reason of this post isn’t to call anyone a scammer or anything of that nature it’s simply to clear up and possible confusion and input via mods / admins

 

Just if payment completed or cancel or move from pending lmk
And ur services is going on no any problem will happen there as u know man that not first business with me
