    Good luck, remember a healthy diet because abs can sometimes be hidden by a layer of fat.

    It will take a while to get a nice six pack too.

    ^ Yeah I know :) Im having protein diet, dunno if i should add synthetic proteins too, got like 5KG of those.

    goodluck and ok ye you will look riped after a work out but when your muscles have stop tensing you will go back to nothing.

    you need to get a six pack without just after a workout.

    what exercise do you do?
    my way i do it takes like 6 weeks to get one that is like stone to steel if your going for one yours is like jelly to wood

    heres a guide of the weeks/exercise i do, i will put all exercises in what work out for you also.

    weeks 1-2 jelly to wood

    Week 1

    Monday:work out A
    tuesday: Rest
    wednesday: Workout B
    thurdsday:Rest
    friday:Workout C
    saturday:Rest
    sunday:CARDIO

    Week 2
    Monday:work out B
    tuesday: Rest
    wednesday: Workout A
    thurdsday:Rest
    friday:Workout C
    saturday:Rest
    sunday:CARDIO

    Workout A -

    All-body circuit -
    Deadlift,bench press,jump squat,shoulder press
    Abs circuit -
    gym-ball jackknife,gymball side crunch,plank

    Workout B
    All-body circuit -
    squat with weight,Bent-over row,one-leg romanian deadlift,narrow-grip chin-up.
    Abs circuit -
    gymball jackknife twist,hanging knee raise,side plank

    Workout C
    All-body circuit -
    one-hand kettlebell swing,tpress-up,squatjer,barbell shrug
    Abs circuit -
    medicine ball crunch throw,twisting medicine ball knee raise,side plank star

    if you wanting more of the rest of the workouts vouch me for my time spent writing this and pm me sayinng you want more.

    Whats your Height,weight and age?

    My sister's boyfriend does this sorta thing and really into it, hes quite small at 5"3 and like 55kg in weight but meh I am 6"1.5, 90kg and dont do this sort of thing but anyhow nice thread and good luck

    Im 82kg, 182cm(dunno in the american scale, its the european), 17 years.

    Americans use feet and inches I think aswell so 182 cm is 5 foot 10 inches roughly or 1.82m.. As for your age there is still time to grow I was about 5"7 at 17 and now a couple years on pushing for 6"2.
