This CC is here for like 1-2 months, I picked out 2 other guys that were trusted, they gave me both 50M, if they ever plan to quit "Dice Gamin" I will give that 50M back, and delete ther rank.
They just gave me 50M, becuase incase if they scam I will give that cash he scammed to some one to the one that got scammed, just to get this CC legit.

i think what hes saying is to not do more then 50m bets with the ranks.
when the ranks joined they gave him 50m, so in the case that someone gets scammed. he gives that player the 50m
