Explanation of the trade: 1675m (after a 7.5% discount for being loyal customer and spending Thousands of dollars with his servicing discord in return for 1800 to 2000 total levels on my main account.

How they scammed: Long story short I was quoted the timeframe of two weeks for the service to be completed, start day of service is here. Screenshot - ff1fc83dafe76a3574237e5b3fe296cb - Gyazo
Service started of okay with speedy assigning one of his managers "Ivan" to the job. However Ivan started to slow down and was only able to complete 3 levels of fishing in 4 days as seen here [https://gyazo.com/e43bb9262442795e75080535f9cbf375].. I of course expressed my disappointment.

I then asked for a refund for the remainder of the work that hadn't been completed but was still needed to be done, however speedy didn't want to do this and instead told me "he" would handle it and make sure its completed within the quoted time. He then went on to justify why his manager "Ivan" was so slow saying "15 levels" in 4 days wasn't crazy slow (Just mentioning this was also level 70-85 skills so it's not like he was taking 4 days to do 90-99 etc.) Screenshot - 756793d23201ba18dce238733f25118f - Gyazo

He then went on to keep backing his manager "Ivan" saying it wasn't slow Screenshot - 53bc3859b2f112b40b29e03b543bd5c1 - Gyazo All I wanted at this point was a refund and was done with this slow service but speedy wouldn't let me.. quoting "Our workers do their work a minimum of 8 hours a day, some do more but it is not mandatory, it is in the ToS of the server. A service that has already started and is advanced cannot be refunded.

So I was left with the only option of letting speedy carry on to finish my service.. I asked again for a refund (he deleted the other ticket as we had multiple open where he quoted me but the breakdown was around 1b for the remaining skills not done, (Mods can ask him for the transcript to show that I am indeed correct.)

Finally he mentions that workers have "social life's" and that he has "clients" that would let the worker stop for 1 day (again this would be fine but this is 4 days , then another 4 days of no progress during this 3 week time period not one day) Screenshot - bb1291de997ba89f934707b285d34288 - Gyazo

All I want is my GP back for the services not completed and to move on with our lives, hopefully mods can see how frustrating this situation has been. Happy to post anything else thats needed (Original ticket with quotes speedy removed me from so you would need to ask him for this transcript.)

Hey Mods Sythe, lavars was given this quote for these skills and started on the account - 11/17/2024 10:00 PM to take screen from the bank and start the service in the morning hour, for obvious reasons 10:00PM is workers time to sleep, from which we could say the service started on 11/18.

Before lavasrs made the payment and the service started he specifically asked Ivan because he is fast, I told him he needed to ask Ivan because he already had a job in hand (He was already warned that Ivan had another job in hand so already from the beginning the exp/h was not going to be the same as osrs wiki or reddit says), I told him it might take some weeks, probably 2 weeks, I never specifically told him we will finish it in 2 weeks.imgur.com

In the course of the days we were making him another quote for another service, there was no complaint of slowness until the day 21 says that our quote for the new service was higher than the other provider, all good, he is free to order services wherever he wants but the day 11/22/2024 7:14 AM closes the ticket and the day 11/26/2024 9:23 AM begins to complain about slow service saying that in 5 days he had only had 9 level, immediately asking for a refund, Ivan in that total time of 8 days has finished:

I told him that the worker has had internet/electricity problems and that is why the worker has done 62-78 fishing in 5 days that doing a math of 1.300.026 exp done in 5 days is 260k exp per day, it would be a general calcs of 32.5k exp/h per hour “It should be noted that before lvl 70 the exp per hour afk is around 37k exp/h after lvl 70 is around 48k exp/h, the workers are human so I believe that 32. 5k exp/h in barbarian fishing afk is an acceptable experience considering lavasrs know are hiring workers from Venezuela and they sometimes have internet/electricity problems and as shown in the first screenshot already had a service in hand and lavars knowing all that wanted Ivan.

As of 11/26/2024 10:31 AM I took the service of which he has been terminated in 10 days the following levels:

69-80 woodcutting
71-74 smithing (62k to 75)
75-90 fletching (It was done little by little because while buying the darts the herblore was going up, lavasrs did not have all the feather and darts tip purchased, therefore the GE has a limit of 20k to buy every 4 hours and I needed to buy 369k dart tips, so considering that I did not have the darts purchased and that the gp was being used to raise herblore I had to wait more than 73h to buy all the darts and feathers)

61-79 firemaking (56k to 80)

Our ToS regarding the necessary supplies for a service imgur.com. He was not responsible and did not have the supplies purchased, therefore generated a delay in fletching.

Even so without having all the necessary M's and without having had the necessary items for the service we did 8h of efficient service in experience, if we see the calc he had to wait in the purchases of items which would also enter the 8h of work but he was not counted to make him 8h of efficient exp, I think that making a global calcs would give between 10-12h daily work in the skills Herblore, Crafting, Fletching.

Why was it more than 10-12h per day? To compensate for the 2 days I was going to be absent due to personal problems I had to solve.

What were the absent days? 12/4 at 10:00am until 12/6 to 9:00am (I worked on day 6 from the morning) basically it would be like 1 day of absence because the update of day 12/4 was done and the working time was finished, let the mods correct me if it is not so.

Lavasrs since the first refund he asked for has wanted to take any excuse to ask for another refund as soon as possible (the reason? I don't know...). Maybe he wants to order the service somewhere else because it is cheaper and I have no problem with him ordering services somewhere else but he should not come looking for any excuse to ask for a refund with us and order the service somewhere else.

Update where it was done around 9h 30mins of crafting imgur.com.
Update finishing the wc imgur.com. 12/4 in the morning the update of the day was delivered for a total of 12 hours of work to finish it and do my personal business.
Last update was yesterday 12/6 imgur.com. Anyone can notice that the day I came back on the account was done around 12h of service.
If any mod requires the chat transcrip of the closed tickets I can send it, everything regarding updates is in the ticket that is still active, I can give access to any mod so he can check it.

Note: We are not refusing to continue service, Lavasrs changed his account password and could not continue yesterday.

I'm waiting for a response from a mod, supposedly Lavars spoke with sythe mods and they told him they agreed with him. imgur.com

 

To put you in context, lavars was our client for a long time, then he left the server (normally who leaves the server doesn't get his role back again), then he came back until the current date.

Our server was one of the banned ones by discord and all the old clients who had active services got their roles automatically when they joined our server, so it would be impossible for us to have a proof of their acceptance from the beginning.

@Zulu We have not refused to provide service, we can continued, the report says that we have been absent for 8 days of service, therefore there is a lie.

 

@Zulu I find the 2 week timeframe note a joke when I never said that I will specifically deliver the service in 2 weeks and you have decided because it is 2 weeks and more when lavasrs started lying that we lasted 8 days without service and you have not mentioned it or had it in mind.
