jagex's worst update?

When they changed the look of all of the swords, they went from cool to downright cheesy looking. Especially the dragon scimitar and longsword. Really grinded my gears.

 

Lol, this shows how annoying the Constitution update was. Along with that, I disliked:

- Skillcapes (really ruined what 99's meant)
- 120 Dungeoneering(once again, ruined the whole 99 concept)*

* Don't get me wrong, I love Dungeoneering in general, I just hate the fact that they made it go to level 120. I seriously think they could have worked things out better. Imo, they tried to use it as a distraction as they were running out of skill ideas.

- Effigies(really unnecessary as they almost give free tickets to 99's if you are at least 91 in select skills.

 

I've forgiven Jagex for removing the old wilderness/duel arena/free trade, since they revived it.. but the HP > Constitution update was completely unnecessary. I'm used to it now and everything, it would feel weird to go back honestly.. but the fact is HP had nothing wrong with it to begin with.

Basically I just hate how Jagex constantly tries to "upgrade" things that really DONT need upgrading, then they ignore other parts of the game that are really out of date/broken.

Also, I really hated the swords update. I liked how scimitars + longswords etc used to look. The dragon scimitar ended up looking retarded. Now after that poll it looks almostttt like it used to. Must mean I'm not the only one who dislikes the new looks..

 

At O/P who said dragon scimitar, yeeeessss! I hated that update.. The only reason I hated the wc one is because u got 99 for the cape and "jagex fucked us again!"

Grand Exchange, most people overlook this but REAL merchanting was lost and merchanting today is just based on trends and your money stack.

I know they are so many updates I hate but I just have a hard time remembering them.

Constitution made training Strength/Range less motivating because people would work for a certain level so they can get their max hit up one.

Everything after 2007 IMO, I played this game because of the fucked up graphics + the pking...now it's becoming more WoW-like..

 

Hp, Graphics. Giving f2p a bank. There trying to hard and not getting anywhere IMO.

Dung, ancient curses, removal of free trade, constitution update. I like it when piety was the best prayer you could have. Now stuff is just way overpowered.

 

When they made it against the rules to ask for a runescape girlfriend. It was a sad sad day.

But really, constitution? What was the point? lol.

Should fire a poll on this thread with a few options. Would make it easier to vote for people who cba leaving a post. lol.
