There really isn't good rune drops in f2p, flesh crawlers aren't really crowded either. perfect for your stats.

 

Moss giants in varrock sewer. Great spot for F2P

 

Tiny lvl-24 spiders in Stronghold of security floor two, very right, south corner room.

They are the lvl 24 spiders in the room at the very right corner.. There is never anyone there and it can give you around 25-30k as your levels progress and kills become quick. Even though they are tiny, they offer a great amount of XP because there is no competition, and they have 0 defence so you hit 90% of the time.. Also you barely need any food, so your bot doesn't have to bank very much.

Secondary location: Varrock wizards

I would really appreciate the 2Mil.. I can help you further too.. I am currently getting 35k Exp without eating in a day, with 87 str, 84 att, and 80 def

Flesh crawlers are overpacked as fuck, like 10 bots every world, sometimes you find a empty world, but its packed within an hour.

 

Honestly you can bot at the wizards circle under varrock and get some decent experience. If you 24 hour it then you will get the same exp as f2p. lol.

 

I'm getting 30k/hour at ghouls, on my 1 defence pure..... Without constant banking for food, I'm sure it'd be a lot more.... and you have def, so I recommend ghouls.
