I went at 20 hours intervals and managed to get 99 from 70 in a little under 4 months.

One months is just plain unachievable. IF IF IF you could 24/7 for the whole month then yeah it's achievable however that isn't possible... Yet.

723/30=24.1 hours a day, you woudl ahve to be botting it 24/7
even 1 month +1 week=40 days, 723/40=18 hours a day

even if u get 36k xp per hours, its still, 12.05 hours a day for 30 days or 9 hours a day for 40 days. to me sounds abit fishy, why does he wnat to train an account for free doing the boringest skill ever.

 

He's botting it... He keeps all profits from leveling your account. That's why. This is theoretically possible to do in a month, and with a 24/7 VPS it's certainly attainable.

13.5m exp - MORE than 99 - at 18k xp/h (which is easily attainable with free bots, not to mention paid ones) takes 31.25 days - about an average month. 38 days gives him a few hours leeway if the bot is down or something.
