The site is safe, because its jagex site. I dont know about the rest.

 

I get them everyday =S.

 

i lost 70M to this exact same email set up. I get about 3 a week of these.. just ignore em

Lol at people saying it's fake without not even reading the thread or the mail.

I find it funny that a guy would sent a phishing mail that leads to the real rs site, fail attempt lol.

The link he supplied LEADS directly to the real Jagex secure page, so if you guys would actually read instead of glancing at the topic, you'd see that its a fail phish attempt -.-'

 

This is a scam going around for both Runescape and World of Warcraft, dont bother opening it. Most of the important stuff they need to tell you will be in the in-game mailbow

 

"JaGeX will only contact you via your game inbox and will NEVER contact you through email service."

Obvious phisher is obvious

 

Actually, its easy to make a link look like its leading to the proper place, but leads somewhere else, such as a phishing website

 

Its a phisher do not trust it man.

 

It's a Phisher. I'm pretty amazed on how Phishing has gotten nowadays. If i didn't know all the shit i know now i probally would of feel for this. Not even kidding, but then again i probally wouldn't have recieved an email because it isn't on Hacking forums.

People should keep there Emails Hidden because there are lists of Emails on Sythe and various others sites which people use bots to send these emails to. On opening week of Free trade i can't imagine how much Gold was hacked because of these Phishers.

I have no doubt in my mind thats a phising mail.
