Runescape Membership Payment Problems - Need Help!

So I am having problems with my runescape accounts and been able to buy membership on them. This is the case with 2/3 of my accounts. Its not allowing me to pay with VISA or with paypal on any of the accounts. these are both linked with each other. So I contacted there support and said it never passed the checks or w/e. So I got my mate to try and still the same problem. They told me I do not have any blocks on my account(s) and to try another method.. which ofc costs x2 the price.

Any ideas? =/

Blocked IP maybe? I have no idea.

 

it cant be block ip but it can be with the visa problems ..
if so just buy gift card and use it ..

 

My friends tryed his card on my account and it doesnt work but it works on his account.
