How to run Multiple Windows Live Messenger Instances and MORE!

Not a lot of people know this, so I thought I would write up a quick and simple guide for it.
This can be a great option for when you have a Public and a Private MSN address, and you need to be on both simultaneously!​

Step 1:Get The Download!​

Download A-Patch at: http://apatch.org/

Step 2: Select the proper Download for your version of Messenger.​

For the newest version of Messenger, select this download.

Step 2:​

Configure and Install A-Patch.

2.1 - Open Installer​

2.2 - Select your settings(preview of your settings will be to the right. Make sure you check "Polygamy" for the "Multi MSN" option.)​

2.3 - Click Apply!​

Step 3:
Run Windows Live Messenger!

Good idea for a guide man. I use this and I'm sure LOTS of other people will find it useful

 

Feren Silver already has a guide on this, but it's nice to bring the good stuff into the attention of the public again.

This is a good guide - Nyx had one on how to connect multiple MSN's, but it's a different one than this one.

Happy days, currently i've been using my sythe email on my computer and my personal one on my laptop, which has been confusing. lol.

You can also download Windows Live Plus and do this. Anyway, lovely guide.

 

A-Patch has a few useful removal tools though, so it's a good tool to use, if anything, along WITH Messenger Plus
