Payment will be made before service is initiated. If the customer cannot pay for service, I will not provide a service. You will pay the full agreed price. 

[B]Account Details[/B]
Account details will be retrieved over either, email, or instant message. Do not give any information publicly, or were others can view them. See section "Imposters/Scamming" for more information.

[B]Logging[/B]
You are not aloud to log in within the time period given to you. If you do log in and die, you will not be refunded, and you will have to place another order for a new firecape. 

[B]Cancelation[/B]
You cannot cancel a service already taking place. If you request a refund it will need to be before the service has started, for no gold (or money) will be refunded after the service has initiated.

[B]Failure[/B]
If by some act of god, I fail to obtain a firecape for your account, you can do the following:  ask for a refund, allow me to try again. If I am not online, check your sythe private message box for a message.

[B]Imposters/Scammers[/B]
I am not responsible for you being scammed by an imposter. To avoid being scammed, only do deal with me over msn ([email protected]). Also if you give your information publicly and your account is scammed, you will not be recieve a refund of your items.

[B]Black Marks[/B]
I am not at all responsible for any mutes, or bans on your runescape account. If your account is banned, it will not be because of me, for I will not engage in any outside activities on your account. In the case of your account being banned, service will be terminated, and you will be refunded your money or runescape gold.[/I][/SIZE]
