Hi. I wanted to make clear the fact that this account was purchased on the basis that there was lifetime support. Those were the terms and that is why I purchased, and this is why I am willing to accept account even now after recovery. There should not be a defaulted recovery support period of 2 years, it should be lifetime. Here are screenshots of the terms: Terms of purchase

Additionally, the following terms have to be met to make this fair for me. It is not asking for much. This will ensure we move forward with clear terms and what not.

Account Recovery Validation:
The recovered account must meet the following criteria at the time of recovery because last I played I was disconnected during Colosseum waves and a disconnect counts as a death:

• Last Login must be from November 21, 1:40 PM EST - 5 days ago/6days ago depending on when we login on screenshare
• The account must be located in the Colosseum Lobby.
• The account must have a death grave available at the Colosseum Lobby.

Account Upgrading to Jagex Account:
Upon successful recovery, the account will be upgraded to a Jagex Account using Ozee’s email because regardless of Jagex Account or not, an account is recoverable.

Ongoing Recovery Responsibility:
The seller, Kale, will retain lifetime responsibility for future recoveries of the account. If the account is recovered by Kale or a third party at any point:

• Kale must assist in recovering the account.
• If recovery is unsuccessful, a full refund of the transaction amount must be provided.
• If recovery is successful, Kale must screenshare login with a Scythe admin before logging in himself or giving to Ozee. This will ensure no malicious recovery to gain access to wealth.

If you upgrade to a jagex account, this means its no longer under my email, therefore forfeiting recovery responsibility. I will do my best always to try and recover the account if anything were to happen, but per our TOS, I am responsible as long as my email is attached. NOT if you upgrade it to a jagex account and my email is no longer attached.

 

@Bert It has been almost 4 days now since Kale has said that the account has been recovered. Please schedule time with us both so we can watch the account login to verify recovery. It is now past the timeperiod so even the account pin can be deleted by now. Please assist us with resolving the dispute when you get online next. Thank you.

 

@1Kale @ozee since our times seem to not be lining up, if both of you are on at the same exact time any mod should be able to screenshare in a three way discord call while recording the whole process of the login.

After that is done we may move on to concluding this report.
