PayPal Limitation

When I ever make a PayPal account, It limits me before i can even cofirm my email -.- Any ideas why and how can i stop this from happening?

 

Yes, change the email you use as well as the information like address, post code etc. If you keeping using the same information then your new accounts will keep getting limited.

If your on PayPals blacklist then It's most likely your IP.
Call up your ISP and find out if they can issue you a new IP. Changing your Mac Address may also be required.
Or you could move houses.

It's hard to get off PayPals blacklist.

 

As well as that, its possible to change your ip manually too. There are several methods mentioned on google. Search it up and make a note of your previous IP. See how much it changes and if its a decent enough change, then create another PP account.
