About Me:

I don't particularly like rambling about myself online so I'll keep this short. I am a 16 year old from Australia. I am fit, healthy and have an interest in a vast variety of fields specifically Law and Psychology. I love playing basketball, and have been blessed with the ability of an 83 centimetre vertical leap. I have always found it satisfying to help people in my life, be it volunteer work or personal assistance. I guess this is why I'd like to be a CS member.

Why should I be part of the Community Support Team?

I guess my aforementioned point of attaining personal satisfaction from helping people really sums it up. I really like helping people, and I do not perceive myself as going out of my way to help someone, but rather helping someone where help is required. This main fact in conjunction with the following few facts.

I perceive myself to be fairly knowledgeable, open minded, positive and an all round good bloke. These are attributes I think fit well if the CS was to be described. I am able to use my knowledge to contribute to people in this forum, I am open minded and quick on my feet as too issues arising on and off the forums. This is essential I think because I am able offer someone quality assistance in an efficient manner, while still being able to keep my mind open for arising issues. I am positive which I personally consider a good think as not only do I bring myself up, I pull people up with me.

Another contributory fact is that I perceive myself to be intelligent. I participate in numerous debates in the Off Topic, specifically the SFA (which has been dying recently). I enjoy these debates and rarely get angry or aggressive when some disagrees with me or tries to entice me into such a state with provocative remarks.

I think I would make a great addition to the CS team, I see the CS as an opportunity. An opportunity for not only my own personal satisfaction, but also a chance to prove myself an asset to the site, and I will give it my all.​

 

Hey Malakadang,

your application looks pretty decent. You have a couple grammatical errors here and there, but nothing too serious. Overall it's solid. Now, I'll post my thoughts about your guides here instead of on the guides themselves.

Guide #1: I quite enjoyed it. Pictures were re-sized nicely, and I like how you put it into five simple steps. Good job.

Guide #2: I, myself, am a dog lover, but I'm not quite sure I see the use in this. Granted, this guide is very unique, and I give you props for finding something not commonly written about. I suppose it could be useful to a select few, but I'd highly recommend writing one more guide.

Guide #3: I thought this guide was awesome. I'm quite the moron when it comes to anything computer related, and I don't think I've honestly ever used the command prompt before. One (minor) thing I'd recommend changing is some of the colors. Under the, "
What can I do now with my CMD?" section, all the purple/pink is a little much.

Thanks Sanctuary, I was able to fix 2 grammatical errors in my application, and heeded to your advice on the colors in my 3rd guide.

First, I agree I am a troll.. In the Spam Forum.

Second, you most certainly did. You insulted me calling me an indecent arse thinking I wouldn't find it offensive. And then you decided to jokingly reply to my post of you applying for Community Support.

was very professional. I liked this post, and came to support you, but only after reading through my spam forum thread to find you insulting Jrsmith. You need to control your attitude and be this professional ALL of the time.
