How can I check what resources I'm using on my VPS?

 

Okay, problem with Nexus client and both my VPS'. I get on this morning to see that all of my bots are logged off. So I'm thinking there must have been an update. Restart both VPS' and run the bot client. Tells me that I need to update the bot client, so I sh install-mac-linux.sh it, change 1000 to 467, and sh run-linux.sh that shit. Keeps telling me that I need to update it. I've made sure that I was choosing all 3 options correctly when installing it.

Anyone else have this problem?

All my sorcs were shut down as well, I didn't restart or reload the client. But mine went back online immediately no problems. Just back up your data.db and re-download the client and reinstall. Should fix it there has been many issues lately with impsoft.

 

Okay, I don't know how to do this backup. I tried to re-download the client but there's some server error.

 

the data file is somewhere inside your bot client folder. It contains your auth information and should be protected and backed up.
It doesn't appear to be anything you can fix, it looks like impsoft as I suspected, you can see this by error screen you posted. Just wait it out for the official website to update the download, or keep trying to sh install-linux.

 

How do I restart the system on a Photon VPS?

 

Okay, thanks I'll wait until it's fixed. I've tried to install the bot client on my laptop but it wouldn't respond for 20 minutes.

When this is fixed, is there anything I need to do with the data file?

 

You can do it from their website underservices, or SolusVN panel (the url they sent you) or putty by typing reboot I believe.

Ok, last question (I promise) my VPS when it runs a bot looks like it's lagging? As if I have all globals turned right although they aren't. Is this normal? Is it just because of the graphics yet the bot is still running good it just looks laggy?

It just appears to be laggy, if you log into your computer meet your bot in game and click around you will notice it functions properly, maybe some slight delay due to latency but it is all normal. And feel free to ask as many questions as you want, no problems.

I'd recommend to stay away from Photon.

Not only does there customer support suck, they also continue to take payments even after you cancel services.

I'm going to try to sort it out with photon but im pretty sure I'll have to do a cc chargeback. Now that I think about it, since i canceled (Selected immediate cancellation, not end of billing cycle) two days after purchasing and only used the vps for a few minutes I should have received, at the very least, a partial refund on my initial payment.

So yah, stay away from Photon. There service might be good, but i've had nothing but bad luck with them.

Ok, this should be my last question regarding VPS before I actually purchase one beginning May.

How many bots (Sorceress garden) can I run on the WARP 4 package for Photon?

Also, is it more viable to get multiples of one of the lower packages or get as much WARP 4 as I can afford?

Stay away from Photon. Nothing but problems.

Anyway, its been a little over 12 hours and they have yet to respond to my support ticket.

I'll give it another day before I chargeback. Im currently looking around to see what else I can do and depending on what photons responce is I might be reporting them for fraud.

 

I'm sure they will take you very seriously.

 

Photon is great for me and dozens of other botters. You should just be patient, I waited 2 days for a warp 4 and it was worth it. Let us know your issue maybe we can help you here instead. If it's just an order your impatient of just be patient lol.
