• You MUST have all the skills and items, or the gold to purchase the items, required for the quests needing to be completed. Any skilling that needs to be done WILL prolong the job depending on the amount.
• We must have full bank access unless the quest is very simple. Often quests require multiple trips and so we will need to bank.
• If personal matters come up before or during a quest order, we will inform you and either refund you for the remaining quests not completed or continue when we can.
