I fail to see the point in the whole thing. The only change was basically the name, everything else is still principally the same as User Education.

Secondly, not to be rude, but that rank looks horrible. Perhaps keep with the RuneScape-based ranks, instead of a random question mark.

 

The books on either side of the question mark are from runescape.. The question mark is also from runescape. It's the icon on the RS map that indicates a tutorial NPC. Fitting, then, that it should be used for the support team.

Hopefully the Support team do a good job!

 

In marketing, a way to re invigorate the sale of a product is to make a very minor change keeping the fundamental and main aspects of the original product but changing something like the packaging, the color, or simply re marketing it. This effect brings in a wave of customers.

In this case, while they did change the name, and merged sub forums together and introduced a new sub forum It was in the hope to re invigorate a sort of dieing forum. The change is much for the better and I really hope the Community Support can flourish like it should.

 

Really like this idea, nice job guys.

 

I think that this idea is promising and should be welcomed rather than criticized.
On a side note, when can we expect the implementation of this revamp on customer support? (if the new support is already up then where would I find this?)
