    Can't download Mozilla Firefox
    Trying to download Mozilla Firefox, as I just got rid of a Trojan and would like to fix some things up. However, I get this error:

    Uhm, that's not that you can't download it, it's that your browser could still be infected. You need to remove mozilla entirely from your computer, and reinstall.

    It was never on my system, I just tried to download it NOW instead of using Internet Explorer.

    Are you trying to DOWNLOAD Mozilla firefox or is it already installed?

    If it is already installed and you are getting crash reports then please do the following:

    Firstly, you will need to start Firefox in safe mode to adjust the settings. Please go to Start Menu - All Programs - Mozilla Firefox - Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)

    Secondly, on the toolbar click 'Help' then press 'Restart firefox with Add-ons disabled.

    If you are TRYING to download Mozilla Firefox, then I suggest downloading Chrome first then downloading Mozilla Firefox from there. If it doesn't work, then I recommend using Chrome instead.

    I just suggest using chrome. When i had a ton of trojans, viruses etc on my old computer i just used chrome until i threw the computer away and got a new one.
