Need help maxamising the efficiency of my gaming comp

This is what I have, and I can only push 12 bots on it without going pass%100 of my cpu, my ram is at about %50.
is there anything I can upgrade to get more bots out of this comp?
I was going to buy more cpu to fix the problem, but I guess you can only have one,lol.
I don't know too much about computers any help and tips will be appreciated.

I have the global settings all the way to the right,
and I have the rs settings using very low cpu.

Use gamebooster pro, will reduce unneccsary ram..

same with advanced system care pro, that will reduce more ram

 

overclock ittt
