My bank verified PayPal got limited - need some help

So yeah I've been selling gold for RuneScape and now when I logged into PayPal it says I'm reaching the annual receiving limit of 2500 euros or something along the lines.
So they're asking me to provide information. My PayPal is bank verified. But I'm not 18+. So I'm not sure what's the best thing to do.
I can still send and receive money at the moment, it just said that I'm reaching the limit.

What should I do? Provide my identity card and block out my born date or something?

You are going to need to like take the picture and photoshop your DoB

It shoulds like your paypal is a Personal Account. If this is the case, you need to upgrade to Premier or Business.

You probably had negative credit.

 

PayPal has a lifetime limit. Some places it's 2k, some like the United States it's 10k, and others 500.

There is no way to dodge this limit unless you add a CC or fax in some docs (which you can get someone who's good in graphics to do for you(just saying))

Once you do this, just call paypal and you will be set.

 

@ Ibongs I had negative credit one time which was -$160 because I got payed by a hacked paypal. I resolved that soon after. Now I'm on $700+.

@Snot nose kid that's what I asked. Which kind of docs can I show them that doesn't show my age?

 

I had this same thing, 2800 euros limit with EU regulations. I needed to send them picture of my ID and proof of my address (i scanned some electricity bill that had my address in it).

That was all, they accepted them and lifted the limits.

The reason they limit is money laundering, so they want to know its a legit account and not used for criminal activities. So just send them your ID photo and proof of address and you should be fine.

It should ask for several things, where u can choose what info you want to use for lifting the limits? Atleast it did for me.

 

What's a ID photo exactly? I'm not english so I don't know sorry.
Also I'm fully limited now, first it asked me to provide proof of what you said but I could still send and receive etc. But I received some more and then I was fully limited.

 

I was in the same situation as you, Paypal doesn't accept IDs below 18 and will just hold your account as limited.
Now of course remember your age is only whats on the ID.

Your basically screwed unless you can prove your 18.

 

I can't block out my date of birth I guess?

 

Problem here is he's not 18 so he isn't allowed to use paypal. If you're 17, I guess you should wait and use other payment methods for now :]

 

Oh sorry i didnt notice the post where it said he was underaged. Well there are some programs that are made for faking ID's, you scan your id, open it with the program and it has database ready for each countries ID's and then u just swap the birthdate...although this is illegal and i dont suggest using it.
