Buying avatar

I'm looking for a custom avatar anywhere from 100x100 to 150x100. I'm looking for it to have a glistening circle(any color you think matches) and inside the circle to have this crest. The silver one may work well. I don't want it to be too different from my other red ranks, so please keep out blues, greens, etc. Please include my name, Nick, somewhere in the avatar.

I can pay with USD(paypal) or RSGP. Please post what you come up with(rough draft is fine) and your price, and I'll pick one out. Thanks a ton.
